Terms of using my stock

Purpose of my stock:

- You can use my stock for photomanipulations.

- You can use my stock as a reference for a drawing, 3D model, painting, etc.

- To clarify confusion I made a separate entry for details on: using my stock for size-changing artworks.

- Photos on my Instagram are NOT stock. If you would like to use them, you will need to receive both mine and photographer's consent BEFORE you do your artwork.

- Any other use of my image needs to be consulted with myself BEFORE you do your artwork. If you make it before seeking my approval you are risking being asked to delete your artwork.

Rules of using my stock:

- If you use photos of myself, please credit me with a direct, clickable link to stock used.

- If you use photos of myself, please send me a link to your artwork.

- Please add tag #amarietinuviel to your work.

- Please do not upload my photos as if they were your own. You're not allowed to post my stock photos on any other website unless I give a permission.

- If you want to use my photos commercially (i.e. you get paid for artwork featuring my image), please contact me BEFORE you start your artwork.

- You can submit your work as a DA print if you want. This is an exemption to point above.

- If you submit artwork with my stock protected by watermark, please send me a non-watermarked copy for my records.

- If you use my stock, you agree to allow me to repost it on my other social media. Of course I will credit you and keep all watermarks and signatures you put on it.

- You can post your artwork on another website as long as credit is given to me and you send me a link to it.

Things to avoid when using my stock:

- You are not permitted to replace my face by another person's one.

- You are not allowed to use parts of my body, clothes or jewels to fit another person. On the other hand side, you are allowed to use jewels, accessories, outfits, hair, etc. of other stock providers to enhance my appearance, if they are OK with such use of their photos. Please see examples below:



- Do not use my stock to create an artwork including a naked person.

- Do not use my stock for works related to fart, scat and other toilet themes.

- Do not use my stock to make me look disfigured or shrunken.

- Don't use my stock for illegal, racist, pornographic, erotic or animal-abusive works.

- Don't use my stock to present me in a situation where I am humiliated or shown as submissive.
